Description   The George IV obelisk at Kingstown Harbour (Dún Laoghaire), County Dublin,circa 1900. A woman with a parasol or umbrella, and a child are walking in front of it. The obelisk commemorates the laying of the first stone for the East Pier. The East Pier can be seen in the background. There are two paddle steamers moored at Carlisle pier.
