A group shot of The Bachelors pop group. This shot was taken at the time of their performance on 'Nightlife', a television variety programme broadcast on St Stephen's Day 1968. The three male musicians in this group are turned sideways but are looking straight to camera and smiling. They are all wearing suits and ties. A silver curtain forms the backdrop to this shot. 'Nightlife' was a fortnightly variety series, presented by Terry Wogan and produced by Burt Budin. The RTE Guide published a preview of the entire series, written by Budin, on 15 November 1968. |
