Irish actor Micheál Mac Liammóir, photographed for the RTV (RTÉ) Guide at his home on Harcourt Terrace, Dublin city, in early 1964. His one-man show based on the life and works of Oscar Wilde, 'The Importance of Being Oscar', was first broadcast by Telefís Éireann (RTÉ Television) on St Patrick's Day 1964. Stills from this shoot accompanied an RTV Guide preview, written by Mac Liammóir, published on 13 March 1964. |
