Irish actor Mícheál Mac Liammóir at his Harcourt Terrace home in Dublin in early 1964. This photograph was taken during a publicity shoot for 'The Importance of Being Oscar', Mac Liammóir's one-man show based on the life and works of Oscar Wilde, first televised by RTÉ on St Patrick's Day 1964. He is holding a cigarette. Mac Liammóir wrote an article about 'The Importance of Being Oscar' for the RTV Guide of 13 March 1964. |
