| Description |
Writer and broadcaster Liam Ó Murchú in June 1986. This shot was taken in RTÉ's Stills Studio. Ó Murchú joined RTÉ in 1964 as Editor of Irish Language programmes and went on to become Assistant Controller of Programmes and Assistant Director-General at the station. He was also Head of Children's Programmes for a time. He left RTÉ in 1988 to set up his own production company, 'Gaelcom'. |
