Broadcaster Gay Byrne (left) interviews Irish actor Alan Stanford, on RTÉ Television's 'The Late Late Show', in Studio 1 on 11 March 1988. This edition of 'The Late Late' was also produced by Gay Byrne. Alan Stanford has had a distinguished career as a stage actor and is associated especially with the Gate Theatre in Dublin. He has also directed several plays. Though born in Britain he has been an Irish citizen since 1990. |
