Description |
Singer Olivia Newton-John, Britain's representative in the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest, held in Brighton, England on 6 April that year. She is on the seafront at Brighton. Though Australian, Newton-John was born in England and so was able to represent the United Kingdom in the contest - she came joint 4th with 'Long Live Love'. RTÉ Television and Radio broadcast the programme live. Stills from this shoot were used in an RTÉ Guide article on the aftermath of the contest, published on 12 April 1974. |
