| Description | Schoolchildren cross Dublin's North Strand Road at pedestrian lights on 29 January 1968. Waterloo Avenue is on the left of shot. They were probably from the nearby St Columba's National School. This shot was taken for RTÉ Television's religious series 'Outlook'. This was a brief programme, lasting five minutes or so, broadcast just before transmission ended for the night. A number of different priests/clergymen introduced the programme. | |
