| Description | Professor Norman Gibson on the set of the RTÉ Television series 'A Question of Identity', during studio recording in September 1974. He was Professor of Economics at the New University of Ulster, Coleraine. 'A Question of Identity' was an eight-part series featuring a different academic each week, who gave a talk on an aspect on Irish identity. The topic was then thrown open to a studio audience for discussion. The first episode was broadcast on 11 November 1974 - Professor Gibson was the featured academic on this programme. The RTÉ Guide previewed the series on 8 November 1974. | |
