Broadcaster Terry Wogan on the set of his BBC Television chat show 'Wogan' in May 1987. Stills from this shoot were used in an RTÉ Guide interview published on 5 June 1987. Terry Wogan joined Radio Éireann in 1961 as an announcer. After the opening of Telefís Éireann he worked on many programmes at the station, before leaving Ireland to join the BBC full-time in 1969. |
