Leslie Dowdall, lead singer with Irish rock group In Tua Nua, during the recording of RTÉ Television's 'The Session' in Studio 4 in June 1987. 'The Session' was an RTÉ/Frontier Films co-production which featured musicians from Ireland, Britain and America performing together - the shows were recorded in RTÉ's studios in front of an audience of 400. This episode was broadcast on 24 October 1987 with the accompanying RTÉ Guide article appearing on 23 October 1987. An article on the entire series appeared in the RTÉ Guide of 9 October 1987. |
