Pól Ó Gallchóir, the Ceannaire (Head) of RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta, in February 1995. Pól Ó Gallchóir joined the RTÉ newsroom in 1980. He was regional manager for RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta in Donegal (1987-1994), and was Ceannaire, Raidió na Gaeltachta, from 1994 until his appointment as Ceannasaí of TG4 in 2000. |
