Description |
Irish singer Johnny Logan performs as a special guest during the interval of the 17th National Song Contest, the competition to select a song to represent Ireland in the Eurovision Song Contest, in RTÉ Television's Studio 1 on 1 March 1981. The saxophonist is Jim Farley. Johnny Logan had won Eurovision in 1980 with 'What's Another Year'. The RTÉ Guide previewed the 17th National Song Contest entries on 28 February 1981; the contest was broadcast live on RTÉ Television and Radio. |
