Description   Sandra Kim wins the 31st Eurovision Song Contest for Belgium, in the Grieg Hall in Bergen, Norway, on 3 May 1986. She won the competition with 'J'aime La Vie'. Kim was 13 years old at the time and remains the youngest ever Eurovision winner.
