Eddie O'Sullivan, head coach to the Irish rugby team, poses with one of his dishes during the filming of RTÉ Television's 'The Restaurant' in 2005. This episode of the programme was first transmitted on 27 December 2005. This series was filmed in Ernie's restaurant in Donnybrook, Dublin. 'The Restaurant' is made by Vision Independent Productions for RTÉ Television. It features a different guest chef each week who devises a menu for a restaurant full of diners - the critics deliver their verdict on the dishes and chosen wines. |
