Rob Pursey, executive producer of the RTÉ Television drama series 'Rebellion', participates in a panel discussion during a press screening of the first episode at the Light House Cinema in Smithfield, Dublin, on 21 December 2015. This five-part series was set during the 1916 Easter Rising. It was produced by Touchpaper Television and Zodiak Media Ireland for RTÉ in co-production with SundanceTV, and funded by the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland with the television licence fee. The first episode of 'Rebellion' was broadcast on RTÉ Television on 3 January 2016. The RTÉ Guide previewed the series in its issue of 2-8 January 2016. |
