A view of the entrance to Kilmainham Gaol, Dublin, photographed during the recording of a segment for the RTÉ Television 'Centenary' concert on 4 March 2016. Inchicore Road is in the foreground. This item, shot by independent production company South Wind Blows and featuring a performance of the song 'Grace', was broadcast during the concert in the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, Dublin, on 28 March 2016. 'Centenary' was a special show made to mark the centenary of the 1916 Easter Rising; it combined live musical and dramatic performance with footage and images. It was broadcast live on RTÉ Television on 28 March 2016. |
