Description |
A view of Oisin Kelly's statue of Jim Larkin, on O'Connell Street, Dublin city, in October 2020. The pose is based on Joseph Cashman's photograph of Larkin, taken in 1923 and now part of the RTÉ Photographic Archive's Cashman Collection. The statue, which is made of bronze, was unveiled by President Hillery in 1977. The Spire of Dublin can be seen immediately behind it. This still was taken during a shoot of Dublin locations and landmarks. |
