Cast members from the RTÉ Television drama series 'Fair City' celebrate the programme reaching a viewership of one million, in The Brazen Head pub, Dublin city, in February 1993. From left to right; Caroline Rothwell (who played Linda O'Malley), Tony Tormey (Paul Brennan), Carmel O'Leary (Cliodna Galvin), Jim Bartley (Bela Doyle), Jean Costello (Rita Doyle) and Simon O'Gorman (Gerry Gaffney). The RTÉ staff magazine 'Access' published an article about this event on 11 February 1993. 'Fair City' is an urban soap set in Dublin that has been running on RTÉ since 1989. |
