'Errors and Omissions' was first broadcast on 10 February 1988 as part of 'The Midweek Play' series. It was written by Lee Gallagher and concerned two women, Tess and Greta, who live together in Dublin, and whose lives are changed by the return of Greta's niece, Monique, from Europe. Lynch also produced the film.
