Irish singer Johnny Logan as a toymaker in a scene from the RTÉ Television production 'A Christmas Story', during programme recording in Studio 1 in December 1987. The show was broadcast on Christmas Day 1987; a very brief RTÉ Guide preview was published on 18 December 1987. 'A Christmas Story' was written by David Heffernan from an idea by Barry Devlin and Ian McGarry. Several names from the world of acting, music and entertainment featured in this Christmas fantasy about a young waif who roams the coutryside with her companion. |
