Description   Irish traditional band Scara Brae compete to represent Ireland in the 1973 'Pan-Celtic Song Contest', in Studio 1 in April 1973. Davy Sprole is first left on guitar while John Healy is first right on organ (they composed the group's entry 'Sea, chaill mé mo chodlaidh'). The drummer is unidentified. The winning song competed with entries from other Celtic countries during Pan-Celtic Week, held in Killarney in May of that year. RTÉ Television broadcast this show on 14 April 1973; the RTÉ Guide previewed it on 13 April 1973.
