Description   French painter and sculptor Yvonne Jammet working in her studio. She is working on a relief carving depicting figures. The piece may be part of her mahogany Stations of the Cross, featured on a programme of the same name on Telefis Eireann on Good Friday 12 April 1963. Madame Jammet (she was married to Dublin restaurateur Louis Jammet) is looking straight to camera and smiling, holding a cigarette in her left hand as she touches the carving. Several carved figures are visible on the shelves behind her.
