Irish theologian Fr Sean O'Riordan on the set of RTE Television's religious affairs programme 'Encounter' in November 1972. Father O'Riordan was Professor of Moral Theology at the Lateran University, Rome. He was interviewed on the subject of marriage; the programme was broadcast on 12 November 1972. 'Encounter', presented by Bunny Carr, was a weekly programme featuring filmed reports, which examined the role of Christianity in contemporary life. |
