Caption   Meteorologists at work in Met Éireann (1981)
Description   A view of meteorologists at work in Met Éireann's headquarters in Glasnevin, Dublin, in February 1981. A large display board with the heading 'CAFO Weather Forecasts Local Time' can be seen. CAFO stands for Central Analysis and Forecast Office. Met Éireann is the Irish National Meteorological Service.

This still was taken during a shoot to illustrate the RTÉ Guide's children's page, 'Young Guide', which featured an article about Met Éireann and its work on 27 February 1981. Three stills from this shoot were used to illustrate that article.
