Description |
Irish actors Blanaid Irvine as Una and Frank Barrie as Neil, in a scene from the RTÉ Television play 'Who, Me?', during filming in Studio 1 in June 1972. Irvine is standing in the foreground, shuffling a pack of cards. 'Who, Me?', written by Maureen Donegan, was the runner-up in a 1970 RTÉ drama competition to find new writing talent. It was first broadcast by RTÉ Television on 3 November 1972. The play was about a man's realisation, while in hospital, that he is an alcoholic. Three stills from this shoot were used to illustrate an RTÉ Guide article about the play, published on 27 October 1972. |
