Description   Broadcaster John Murray (left foreground) with students from Scoil Cholmcille in Termon, County Donegal, in an RTÉ Radio Centre studio on 29 May 2014. Three of the students are Áine McCaughan, Molly Gallagher and Maolíosa O’Toole (unknown who is who).

Scoil Cholmcille were the winners of a nationwide competition organised by the Department of Education and Skills in Dublin and the Department of Education of Northern Ireland, called the ‘Decade of Centenaries All-Island Schools History Competition’. 6th class students from the school traced a World War I medal from where it was found in County Donegal to the soldier's family, the Hynes, in County Tipperary.

Also in shot are Benny Gallagher who was the source of the story, teacher Christy Gillespie and Deirdre Hynes and her father Philip Hynes (back row, centre and second right respectively). The story featured in 'The John Murray Show' broadcast on 30 May 2014.
