Description   Republican prisoners Dick Donoghue (second left, with moustache) and Tom Doyle (second right) with a British Army escort en route to Kilmainham Jail, Dublin, in the aftermath of the Easter Rising in May 1916. The British soldiers are carrying rifles and bayonets. Donoghue and Doyle were both from Enniscorthy, County Wexford. The Kilmainham Bar can be seen in the background.
