Irish tenor singer Ronan Tynan performing on RTÉ Television's 'The Late Late Show', in Studio 1 on 15 April 1994. This edition of 'The Late Late' was a special musical evening, devoted to songs from well-known stage shows.
Ronan Tynan was born with an ankle deformity and had his lower legs amputated at the age of 20. He has a degree in medicine from Trinity College, Dublin, and has won several gold medals for Ireland at the 1984 Paralympics. He was a founder member of The Irish Tenors group.
