Crêpes with orange butter made by Irish chef Darina Allen, featured in her RTÉ Television series 'Simply Delicious Food for Family and Friends' and photographed at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Shanagarry, County Cork, in September 1992. Stills from this shoot were published in the book that accompanied the series. The first episode in this series of 'Simply Delicious' was broadcast on RTÉ Television on 17 February 1993. An RTÉ Guide preview was published on 12 February 1993. This dish featured in an episode on pancakes broadcast on 10 Mar 1993. |
