Broadcaster Brian Ormond and his wife, model Pippa O'Connor, two of the participants in RTÉ Television's 'Celebrity Bainisteoir - The Rivals', during an RTÉ Guide photo shoot promoting the show in August 2012. The first programme in this fifth series was broadcast on 9 September 2012; stills from this shoot illustrated the Guide preview published in its issue of 8-14 September 2012. 'Celebrity Bainisteoir' was produced for RTÉ by Animo Television/Kite Entertainment; it involved Irish celebrities managing an intermediate GAA Gaelic football team in an official tournament. 'Celebrity Bainisteoir - The Rivals' varied the format in that each celebrity was paired against a rival celebrity from their own area of interest. |
