| Description | Clergy and dignitaries take part in a procession during the 31st Eucharistic Congress, which was held in Dublin from the 21st to the 26th of June 1932. The Lord Mayor of Dublin, Alfie Byrne, walks beside the canopy (centre, under the middle drape of the canopy). Papal Nuncio Cardinal Lorenzo Lauri is also taking part in this procession but is hidden behind the clergy in this photograph. Crowds can also be seen watching the procession from the sidelines. | |
