Irish actor Mick Lally as Miley Byrne, with Grace Barry (centre) who played Mary-Ann Byrne and Blathnaid Treacy as Denise Byrne (Miley's daughters), during a break in the filming of the RTÉ Television drama series 'Glenroe' in April 2001. The wedding reception of 'Glenroe''s Fr Tim Devereux and Gracie Tracey was being shot when this picture was taken - a bar is partly visible in the background. This wedding featured in the final episode of 'Glenroe', entitled 'You're Never Too Old', broadcast on 6 May 2001. 'Glenroe' was a rural soap which ran on RTÉ from 1983-2001. |
