Irish actor Liam Carney as JJ Biker, during a break in the filming of the RTÉ Television drama 'JJ Biker', in April 1995. This shot was taken near Johnnie Fox's pub in Glencullen, County Dublin. 'JJ Biker' was a drama about a haemophiliac with AIDS (played by Liam Carney) who wants to ride a Harley Davidson before he dies. It was produced and directed by Anne McCabe who also co-wrote it with Ted Gannon. It was first broadcast by RTÉ on 29 November 1995. A feature on the programme appeared in the RTÉ Guide of 24 November 1995. Liam Carney is also known for his part as Kevin the RTÉ Television drama series 'Glenroe'. |
