Broadcaster Barry Lang presents the RTÉ Television young people's quiz show 'Top Club' in September 1984. He is seated behind the studio desk, beside a large black and white teddy bear. 'Top Club' involved teams of young people from all thirty-two counties competing against one another. An article on the 1984/85 season was published in the RTÉ Guide of 5 October 1985. Barry Lang was a DJ on RTÉ 2fm for eighteen years before leaving in 1998 to pursue a career as a professional pilot. |
