A scene from the RTE television drama series 'Tolka Row', during filming in Studio 1 in early 1967. From left to right; May Ollis as Rita Nolan, Des Perry as Jack Nolan and Aileen Harte as Mrs Assumpta Feeney. Ollis and Harte are standing, facing each other across a kitchen table. Des Perry is seated between them, looking at Harte. 'Tolka Row' was based on Maura Laverty's stage play of the same name. It was written by Norman Smythe and produced by Peter Kennerley at the time this picture was taken. It ran from 3 January 1964 to 7 June 1968. |
