RTÉ broadcaster Marian Finucane in October 1984. This was a publicity still, taken to promote RTÉ Television's 'The Women's Programme', which Finucane co-presented. This award-winning programme was first broadcast on 24 October 1983 and was produced by Clare Duignan and Nuala O'Faolain. It ran until 1986. Marian Finucane presented the RTÉ Radio 1 phone-in show 'Liveline' for many years and is currently presenting a weekend morning radio programme for that station. |
