Paschal Mooney, RTÉ broadcaster and Fianna Fáil senator, presenting 'Keep It Country' for RTÉ Television, on stage at The Dome in Tralee, County Kerry in August 1984. This concert was recorded during the Festival of Kerry (which includes The Rose of Tralee competition) in 1984. It was broadcast by RTÉ Television as part of the 'Keep It Country' series, on 27 August 1984 and 16 June 1985. Paschal Mooney presented a similar programme on RTÉ Radio for several years. He was elected a senator in 1987. |
