RTÉ staff behind-the-scenes in an outside broadcast area during live RTÉ Television coverage of the 1992 general election results on 26 or 27 November 1992. Almost everyone is seated at computers, logging and collating results as they came in from count centres around the country. Election posters can be seen attached to the wall in the background. The 1992 general election was held on 25 November that year and was extensively covered on both RTÉ Radio and Television on 26-27 November. The RTÉ staff magazine 'Access' published an article on the coverage in its issue of 17 December 1992. |
