Journalist and former RTÉ newsreader Emer O'Kelly, on the set of RTÉ Television's 'Summer Solo', during studio filming in June 1973. O'Kelly worked as a newsreader for RTÉ and subsequently wrote for 'The Sunday Independent' newspaper. 'Summer Solo' was a six-part summer series of interviews with well-known entertainers. The first episode was broadcast on 26 June 1973. Two stills from this shoot were used to illustrate an RTÉ Guide article on O'Kelly, published on 22 June 1973. |
