A full-length view of the puppet Bosco, star of RTÉ's popular children's television programme of the same name, in April 1979. This shot was taken on the set of the programme, in RTÉ Television's Studio 2. Stills from this shoot were published in an RTÉ Guide article about the launch of 'Bosco', which was aimed at pre-schoolers, on 1 June 1979. RTÉ Television started a two-week pilot run of the series on 4 June 1979. |
