Description |
The band Co-Co performs for the United Kingdom in the 1978 Eurovision Song Contest, held in Paris on 22 April that year. They sang 'The Bad Old Days', which was placed 11th in that year's competition. Cheryl Baker is second from the right - she represented the UK again in 1981, where she won as part of the group Bucks Fizz. An orchestra can be seen in the background. RTÉ Television and Radio provided live coverage of the contest. The RTÉ Guide of 28 April 1978 carried a report on that year's Eurovision which featured stills from this shoot. |
