British pop group Bucks Fizz celebrate backstage, just after their win in the 1981 Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin's RDS on 4 April that year. Jay Aston is second from the right. The group won the competition with 'Making Your Mind Up'. RTÉ Television and Radio broadcast this contest live on 4 April 1981. The RTÉ Guide featured extensive coverage of the contest in its edition of 3 April 1981. This still was one of several from this shoot featured in a behind the scenes report in RTÉ's staff magazine 'Access' on 16 April 1981. |
