The cast and director of the RTÉ Television production of 'Brecht on Brecht', during rehearsals in the Scouts' Hall in Donnybrook, Dublin, in September 1974. From left to right; Robert Somerset, director Louis Lentin (behind piano), Pamela George (back to camera), an unidentified pianist, Arthur O'Sullivan and German actress and singer Agnes Bernelle. 'Brecht on Brecht' comprised selections from the songs, stories and plays of Bertolt Brecht. It was adapted for RTÉ Television by Louis Lentin, from the original version by George Tabori. It was broadcast by RTÉ on 20 March 1975. An RTÉ Guide preview was published on 14 March 1975. |
