Description |
Irish singer/songwriter Johnny Logan with his wife and young son, on the steps of an Aer Lingus plane at Dublin Airport in April 1987. Logan was about to depart for the 32nd Eurovision Song Contest, held in the Palais du Centenaire, Brussels, and broadcast live by RTÉ on 9 May 1987. Logan won the competition that year with his song 'Hold Me Now', which he wrote under his real name Sean Sherrard. He won for the first time in 1980 with 'What's Another Year?' |
