Description |
Broadcaster Ciarán Mac Mathúna during the recording of RTÉ Television's 'A Job of Journeywork' in the village of Clondra, County Longford, in August 1977. He is on a barge on the River Shannon - the Royal Canal meets the River Shannon at Clondra. This series was recorded in different locations; Clondra featured in the first four episodes. The first programme in the series was broadcast on 26 March 1978; an RTÉ Guide preview was published on 24 March 1978. |
