Michael Sheridan as Finbar (first right) in a scene from the RTÉ Television comedy/drama series for young people, 'Finbar's Class', during filming in Synge Street School, Dublin, in August 1995. Other actors in shot include Glenn Mulhern as Snowy (first left), Jenny Maher as Babs (in background, wearing denim jacket), Aisling O'Neill as Maggot (red shirt tied around waist), Hilda Fay as Morticia (wearing black hat), Darren Healy as Brains (pointing at Sheridan) and Oba Seagrave as Ivy (second from right). The first episode was broadcast on 6 October 1995 with the RTÉ Guide preview appearing on 29 September 1995. 'Finbar's Class' ran for two series; the final episode was broadcast on 20 December 1996. Michael Sheridan also devised and co-wrote the series. |
