Irish actor Bosco Hogan as Brady in a publicity shot taken during the filming of the television drama 'Act of Betrayal', in a house in Greystones, County Wicklow, in January 1988. This international co-production was made by London-based Griffin Productions in association with RTÉ, TVS and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. It concerned an IRA man who does a deal with the authorities, whereby he will be settled with his family in Australia in exchange for testimony against six of his former comrades. The programme was first broadcast on RTÉ Television on 4 September 1988. The RTÉ Guide featured an extensive article about the programme in its edition of 2 September 1988. |
