| Description | Teacher Gert Kerrigan and actor David Byrne, two of the presenters of RTÉ Television's young people's programme 'Bosco', with Bosco on the set of that show in Studio 2 in August 1979. RTÉ Television started a two-week pilot run of the series on 4 June 1979. These programmes were repeated in November 1979 before the series proper started on 18 December 1979. The RTÉ Guide published an article about the show on 2 November 1979. | |
