Irish actor Brendan Conroy photographed in Donnybrook, Dublin, possibly in the Scouts' Hall, during a shoot of cast members from the RTÉ Television drama series 'Sean' in January 1980. He played Archie in the programme. 'Sean' was a 13-part drama series based on the autobiographies of Irish writer Sean O'Casey. It was devised by Michael Voysey and written by Voysey, Neil Hartnett and Eugene McCabe. The first programme was broadcast on 7 December 1980 as part of 'The Sunday Series'. The RTÉ Guide of 5 December 1980 featured a two-page article on 'Sean'. |
